Villa in Spain to let near Moraira on the Costa Blanca

Stunning views along the valley to the sea

Set in the beautiful mountain area of Cumbre del Sol by Moraira, the villa is surrounded by unspoilt country and landscaped parkland with spectacular views to the sea. The villa is convenient for the most important Mediterranean seaside resorts of Moraira, Javea and Calpe. At La Cumbre there is a supermarket, banks, chemist, bar and two restaurants, all within walking distance of the house. Cumbre del Sol has wide roads, extensive lighting, riding school and a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is also a popular location for scuba diving and cave diving for the more adventurous visitors. There are a number of good golf clubs in the Moraira area and walks and horse rides can be taken in the adjoining parc natural reserve of Granadella. A longer walk takes you to the beautiful Granadella Cove.

The nearest town to the villa is Moraira, is a short drive away. Moraira is an old fishing village, which has not been spoilt by development. There are many good Spanish and other restaurants, quality shops, bars and a few clubs. It is a family resort and has everything for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. Moraira main beach is sandy with a beach bar. There is a weekly market in the town selling everyday needs as well as local ceramics and leather goods. There is a craft market every evening in the summer in the town centre. It also boasts a beautiful promenade, a marina and Moraira Yacht Club where boats can be hired. There are adjacent sandy beaches like El Portet, L'Ampolla and Plagetes, and also tiny rocky coves with clear blue water (L'Andragó, Punta Estrella and La Cala) which makes Moraira an ideal Spanish holiday location for fun, sun and sea sports.
